Petradoria (Asteraceae)

Petradoria pumila

Don't confuse with Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus (which has no ray petals) or Gutierrezia sarothrae (which has narrow leaves and 5 or more ray petals). In winter, if there are flower stalks, the many small flower heads per stalk on this plant separate it from Stenotus armerioides (which only has a one larger flower heads per stalk).
